Make Room is a church-wide initiative to create space for more people to encounter Jesus and experience life change. Through prayer, generosity, and faith, we are preparing to expand our ministry capacity and build a larger church building that will serve future generations.

We are currently in the planning and preparation phase of the project. This includes finalizing building plans, securing necessary approvals, and preparing for construction. We will share specific milestones as they are reached.

We will provide regular updates during Sunday services, through email, text messages, social media, our website, and special campaign events. We encourage you to stay connected through these channels so you can celebrate progress and pray with us throughout the journey.

Absolutely. Prayer is a vital part of the Make Room Campaign. Throughout the campaign, we will share specific prayer requests related to the building process, church leadership, finances, and the people who will one day be impacted by what God is doing through this project.

You can begin giving at any time. Every gift helps move the vision forward and makes an immediate impact. If you feel led to give today, you can do so through our online giving platform at https://impactmycity.org/give and designate your gift to the Building Fund.

At this time, we are asking everyone to prayerfully consider how God may be leading them to participate financially. Make Room Leaders, as well as the entire church family, will be asked to make their pledge in February. Specific pledge details will be shared as they become available.

The commitment period is expected to span approximately three years, giving individuals and families the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through consistent generosity over time.
 

Absolutely. A pledge is simply a tool that helps us plan for the future, but it is not required. You are welcome to give at any time, whether or not you choose to make a formal commitment.

Any gifts given toward the campaign go straight to building and construction costs. Tithes are typically given to the General Fund and are used for ministry and operational costs in addition to building and construction costs.

Yes. We want every member of our church family to be part of what God is doing, including our children and students. Age-appropriate opportunities will be provided to help them learn about generosity, faith, prayer, and being part of the vision God has given our church.

The 1:8 Campaign focused on preparing the way for the future God had in store for our church by paying off our existing mortgage. Through your generosity and God's faithfulness, that goal was successfully accomplished.
 
Make Room builds on that foundation and is focused specifically on the expenses associated with creating space for continued growth and ministry through a larger building. While both campaigns reflect the same mission and vision, Make Room is the next step in the journey God is leading us on as a church.
