Serve Week

Welcome, Small Group Leaders! We believe one of the best ways to show the love of Jesus is by serving our community together. This page is your central hub for everything you need as you plan and lead your group’s service project. Here you’ll find important dates and timelines, T-shirt ordering information, project ideas, and connections to local community partners. Our prayer is that every group would make a meaningful impact by meeting practical needs, building relationships, and being the hands and feet of Jesus throughout our community. Thank you for leading the way and for helping bring hope, encouragement, and the love of Christ to people across our city.

Week 1/June 1 - Groups Begin-Introduce SERVE Week

Week 2/June 8 - Choose a SERVE Project Leader
This person is the small group leader unless you have a group member who has a passion for serving and wants to plan the Serve Week project. Submit the project leader’s name at the link below.

Week 3/June 15 - Choose a SERVE Project & Share Serve Day T-shirt Order Form
Shirts are for project participants only.

June 23 - T-shirt Order Deadline, Service Project Proposal & Project Funding Application Deadline (if applicable)

July 12 - Leaders Pick Up Your Group’s T-shirts at Church

July 12-18 - Serve Week

Reserve Your Serve Week T-shirt
Serve Week shirts are for participants only. If you or your children are not participating in the service project, please do not order a shirt.

Project Approval Form
Project Approval Forms must be submitted by June 23. Projects will be reviewed and approved by the leadership team. Please do not move forward with purchases or plans until you receive approval. Service project funding is available. Submit a Project Funding Application found at the link below.

Optional Project Funding Available
Money is available to assist with larger projects. Application must be approved before spending any funds. All money will be paid directly to the vender not to the group. Email abrinkley@impactmycity.org to find out how to apply for project funding.
