Youth Worship Auditions

Thank you for your interest in the youth worship team at Impact Church! We have the opportunity each and every week to serve our students by leading them in worship. We are excited about the possibility of you joining us in that opportunity, and we look forward to seeing your audition!

HOW TO AUDITION:

All Youth Worship auditions are accepted via video submission. We cannot wait to see the talents and gifts God has given you!

After receiving your submission and reviewing your videos, we will reach out via email to discuss your next steps. We love having musicians with a wide range of talent, so if you play more than one instrument, audition for them all! Please just make sure you only include one instrument per video. This includes vocalists who play instruments as well. (If your instrument is not listed, please email media@impactmycity.church)

AUDITION GUIDELINES:

Instrumentalists:
Play with a backing track but make sure that your instrument is the loudest sound heard. If we cannot hear exactly what you are playing it will affect how we move forward. Using your phone to video yourself is perfectly fine. (We prefer you to not use charts during your video submission.)

Drums and Percussion Submissions:

“Gone” by Elevation Worship

Keyboard and Bass Submissions:
”Living Hope” Phil Wickham

“Only King Forever” by Elevation Worship

 Guitar Submissions:
”Build My Life” - by Housefires

“Jesus Loves Me” by Hillsong Young & Free

Vocalists:
Sing a cappella (no accompaniment). We prefer you not to reference lyrics when singing.

Please sing Verse 2, one Chorus, and one Bridge of each of the required songs.

Male Vocalist Submissions:

Female Vocalist Submissions:

“Who You Say I Am” - by Hillsong

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO:

Upload your video to YouTube. Under privacy settings, mark the video as "Unlisted" and title the video "(Your name) Impact Worship Audition."

Submit your audition through the form below, as well as any additional performance videos you have.
